At the edge of our new Marina in the North Sound, you’ll find The Mangrove, a vibrant Mediterranean restaurant inspired by the cuisine’s rich flavours, vibrant colours and sun-soaked spirit.
The Mangrove serves fresh dishes that blend Mediterranean flavors with local ingredients grown right here at Biras. The restaurant, which is accessible directly from the marina, is equally suited to leisurely lunches, happy hours, and elegant dinners shaped by the natural beauty of the British Virgin Islands.
Fresh Ingredients from our Farm
Many of the ingredients used in our dishes are grown and harvested daily at Biras Farm. The menu changes frequently to reflect what the garden has to offer, with seasonal produce including tropical fruits, aromatic herbs, arugula, heirloom tomatoes, a variety of peppers okra, and many more.
We grow what thrives best on our land at each time of year, bringing the freshest harvest directly to the table.
A drink on the rooftop terrace
Overlooking the waters of North Sound, our open-air space invites you to linger over signature cocktails, feel the ocean breeze, and enjoy the laid-back yet refined Biras atmosphere.
Open from 5 PM until late, the rooftop is the perfect setting for sunset aperitifs and cocktails before heading downstairs for dinner by the water. The space is also available for private cocktail events, offering an intimate setting for celebrations and gatherings overlooking North Sound.
